House rules

Dear guests, welcome!

We have invested a lot of love and effort to prepare our apartment for you.

In order to avoid any possible misunderstandings and make sure that your stay with us is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules.

On the day of your arrival, you can check in after 2 PM.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum permitted number of persons.

Parties, loud music and visits by third parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM the following morning, and during this period guests are obliged to adhere to the house rules and keep the noise down.

Guests are responsible for all belongings/valuables left in the apartment/room, and the owner will not be liable for any missing items.
Please lock the door of your apartment both when it’s in use and when you’re away. When leaving the premises, please close all windows and turn off all lights, devices, appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove, iron…) and water taps.

Please save energy and water.
Guests shall undertake to use power rationally and not leave electric and other appliances in use while absent from the apartment, particularly air-conditioning units. Please do not turn on the air-conditioning while the windows and doors are open.

The owner of the apartment is entitled to enter the accommodation unit in the absence of the guest if necessary to prevent any damages or hazards, of which he is obliged to inform the guest.

During their stay in the apartment, guests are free to use the entire inventory of the apartment. Damaging the furniture and equipment, causing disorder and disturbing other tenants is strictly prohibited. If any installations, furniture, devices or other equipment are damaged through the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to inform the owner thereof and compensate the equivalent value of the damages incurred.

Consuming food on the beds and on the couch is prohibited.

Two beach towels are at your disposal for use at the beach. Removing bathroom towels from the apartment is strictly prohibited. Please do not move the furniture.

The décor is an integral part of the furniture and remains in the ownership of the host.

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited, as is the use of any illegal drugs. Guests are obliged to cover expenses related to the cleaning of upholstery and removal of unpleasant odours. Bringing weapons, explosives and easily flammable materials into the apartment is strictly prohibited.

It is not permitted to bring in equipment and devices that are not an integral part of the accommodation unit (barbeque).

Guests are obliged to check out from the apartment no later than 10 AM on the last day of their stay. Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. All appliances must be cleaned and turned off. Waste should be disposed of in the appropriate bins, and please remember to recycle.

Linen changes for longer stays
If your stay exceeds seven days, we will be happy to change your linen and towels for you.

In case of any violations of these house rules, the apartment owner reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay in the apartment.
